Women’s Run PH was founded in 2023 by Nicole Dominique Wuthrich-de la Cruz who recognized the need for a space dedicated to women’s running in the Philippines and to increase women participation in this sport. She wanted to create an inclusive and empowering environment where women could connect, share their experiences, and inspire one another. Through our collective love for running, we aim to break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and encourage women to push beyond their limits.
At Women’s Run PH, race organizers are dedicated to empowering women through running and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. The platform serves as a community hub where women of all ages and fitness levels can come together, support each other, and achieve their running goals. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a beginner taking your first steps, the running fans are there to cheer you on every stride of the way. The mission of the race is to create an opportunity for every woman to be motivated, inspired and empowered through running. Moreover, increasing women participation through a series of running events.
This provides a concrete goal for women to achieve, starting with 5km progressing to 21km. The events are dispersed throughout the year ensuring that runners are moving and motivated. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or lacing up your running shoes for the first time, Women’s Run PH welcomes you with open arms.
